Motivating, Encouraging, & Empowering people to live to their fullest potential has been a passion of Beth’s for years. Whether it be through counseling, motivational speaking, mentoring, or life coaching, Beth’s goal is to help people to gain clarity, build confidence, and overcome fears so they can take the necessary action to live the lives they want and desire.

Beth engages her clients in a safe and welcoming space where they can discover their truest selves, tap into their fullest potential and manifest the life of their dreams because they deserve it.

Beth spent her lifetime writing poetry, short stories, and journaling to heal from being a victim of childhood abuse, domestic violence and military sexual abuse and trauma. The traumatic loss of her mother opened her eyes to the ugly in the world and how (if allowed) people will steal, kill, and destroy you mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. These experiences placed her in a dark space and caused her to feel that she would never smile again or see beauty in the world. But through reading and listening to motivational messages, Beth coached herself through the changes needed to heal, rebuild and pursue her dreams. While going through this process, Beth’s passion was re-ignited for wanting to help people overcome life’s challenges and in 2022, she established S.H.E., LLC. Beth believes in the two Cs to overcome and advance in life (coaching and counseling).

Beth holds degrees in Psychology and Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Temple University and Walden University. She is a Licensed Behavioral Specialist, Certified Community Health Worker, and Certified Life Coach and Linguistics Professional with over 30 years in the Behavioral Health field. Beth serves on (2) Executive Boards, is a published poet, writes short stories and is a proud veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
